TE1206 SMPSU for GEC Avionics, 1982

3 phase 115V 400Hz input with 5V 60A output and a 150ms hold-up time.

This PSU was used on the ill-fated Nimrod project; the hold-up time was required because large hydraulic pumps caused the 115V supply to collapse.

Cooling was mainly by contact through the machined aluminium base plate.
